Lurkin (Willow)
Bestia serpatpolypus
They live in the same environment as Snootle Poots, but are not cousins. On the darker side of the Beastiary, these are to be avoided. Their undersides have suckers, and suckers are never good. Whenever you see a swirl of leaves in the air at sunset, those are Lurkins coming out for the night. Camouflaged perhaps better than any other Beastie, it is hard to know an accurate population. Their feeding source is unknown, and frankly, we don’t want to know. These Beasties are about 5 to 6 inches long and are made to lay flat.
